Customer Service Representative - GBP9.50 per hour Temp to Perm

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and financial advisors via Inbound Telephony, Email and Web Chat. This role requires you to have knowledge of or a willingness to learn about Platform Investments including Pensions and ISA, Platform Technology and distribution channels. It would be great if you could also have some knowledge of competitor products and services. But all that and more should be easy for you as a Platform Adviser, because you'll be used to delivering results for customers already.

*You must be able to pass a Disclosure, Credit Check and available for an interview on the 19th August with a start in 18th September*
