I'm please to be working alongside one of York's most premium hotels in their search for chefs to join their 20 strong brigade, cooking quality, fresh and local produce to a very high standard. This is fantastic opportunity for chefs of all levels, from commis chef, CDP, Pastry and sous chef, to work for a fantastic company, offering great work life balance and genuine career prospects.

THE ROLE???
* Preparing, cooking and serving food to a high standard consistently
* Stock control
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and kitchen hygiene.
* Assist in the development of menus and specials
* Supporting the whole kitchen staff to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen
* Working closely with FOH to ensure a positive environment
