Our client's Community Support Team provides community support services to individuals to empower people to live more independently. Some experience and an interest of working with people with learning disabilities and/or mental health challenges is essential.

Salary: £16,478 - £19,000 PA (full time equivalent, depending on skills and experience)
Working Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time (hours to be agreed)
