A UK market leading Industrial recruitment company requires Industrial / HGV Driving Consultants throughout the South West & South Wales.
Successful applicants must have some experience of Industrial/HGV recruitment and possess the ambition and drive to work for a UK market leading company in the Industrial Recruitment sector.
OVERVIEW

Our client has been growing for over 10 years with turnover this year reaching well over GBP20m and is looking to take on experienced recruitment consultants with excellent personal, branch and company performance bonus schemes in 4 southern locations with immediate interviews.
CANDIDATES
You will be expected to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Industrial / HGV Driving recruitment with a PTR of reaching targets and ideally billing between GBP10,000 - GBP20,000 on a monthly basis. You will be a self-starter with excellent relationship building skills whilst being capable of managing and running your own 360 desk from scratch.
Our client has opportunities for Contract and Permanent Consultants also with the opportunity to run a split desk. The client has excellent staff retention offering a partnership agreement giving the successful candidate career security and peace of mind in making the decision to be part of a successful team.
SALARY
You will be offered a basic salary of between GBP18,000 to GBP30,000 with realistic targets set to your capabilities. Our client also rewards their branches on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis including a profit share scheme and 'end of year company performance bonus
