Production Operative

General Associates / Production Operatives
Location - Swindon, Wiltshire

Duration: 6 to 12 month contract; those that show hard work and dedication may be considered for longer term opportunities.

Shifts:

2 shift pattern – rotating on a weekly basis: Early shift: 05:30am – 02:30pm & late shift: 3.30pm – 12:30am
3 shift pattern – rotating on a weekly basis: Early shift: 06:00am – 2:00pm & late shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm & night shift: 10:00pm – 06:00am


Working 37 hours a week with overtime depending on business needs (sometimes compulsory, although notice will be given).

Pay rate info:
£11.44 for days to £22.88 for Sunday overtime with various other pay rates between depending on shift


As a General Associate, you will be an important part of a large and growing team working within one of the foremost advanced automotive manufacturing companies in the UK, working on a moving track in a fast-paced and often physically demanding manufacturing environment.
You may be required to work in various areas for the manufacturing facility with tasks ranging from component manufacturing to final assembly or quality assurance.

You will be required to:

• Be part of a team where the work is performed to the highest standards, delivering products of outstanding quality.
• Demonstrate the ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently, be punctual and reliable, and will show a high level of attention to detail.
• Have proven experience following written and verbal instructions.
