Due to a continued growth, this business is looking for administrators to join the Pre Support team. The purpose of this role is to support the case officers during the application process, this includes taking calls, payments, handling general esquires, managing case officers diaries etc. Working within a team and a great working environment you will be responsible for:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from existing and potential clients
- Action all calls accordingly, this would include answering FAQ / updating details on a database / re-issuing documentation /emailing / taking payments
- Booking out case officers diaries for welcome calls and updating internal database
- Ensuring all calls have been correctly documented
- Maintaining email mailbox
- Liaising with other departments
Candidate:
- Excellent objection handling
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Work on own initiative or as part of a team
- Able to adjust and work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication through both verbal and written
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
