Fantastic opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a vibrant and forward Cost and Project Management Consultancy based in Exeter.
My client has a strong presence across the UK and has a strong portfolio of projects moving forward including working with some of the biggest clients in the industry. They have recently undergone a period of growth and looking for enthusiastic Quantity Surveyors to join their team.
On the back of their success and expansion plans moving forward they are now looking to recruit an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to be based from their office in Exeter. The Quantity Surveyor will be running their own projects from pre-contract to final account and be given a lot of responsibility moving forward working closely with the Director. They will also be given the opportunity to work in Project Management so this position would suit an individual not looking to be pigeon holed.
The Quantity Surveyor should be degree qualified and have a minimum of 2 years post grad experience. The Quantity Surveyor should ideally have gained experience working for a PQS consultancy although people with Contracting experience are also urged to apply. My client is paying a generous salary and benefits package for this role along with fast track opportunities for career progression.
