Working in this high profile and quality driven kitchen, you will be a key member of a team assisting in the preparation of good quality food using locally sourced produce and frozen. Working within a busy hotel kitchen you will be producing high volumes for hungry guests.
Key Tasks
• To assist in the delivery a first class food product as the focal point of service
• To ensure the highest possible standards to all are delivered at all times
• To continually focus on improving the performance of the Catering Team
• To ensure the highest standards of work practice and safety are maintained at all times.
• Performance Targets
• To drive in regards to quality of food
• To assist in monitoring feedback, both negative and positive and use the information to improve service levels
• To ensure food is constantly of a perfect presentation standard
• To assist in controlling budgets within set and agreed parameters and Costs
• To assist in demonstrating year on year improvements
• Ensure best practice is met and Margins are protected through structured Systems and processes
