We are currently looking for recruitment consultants to join our organisation in Southend, Essex. We are rapidly growing and looking for someone who is money motivated, hard working and who wants to be appreciated. Long term the individual will have the chance to manage a team and shape the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Permanent/Contract Recruitment activities across the UK & Europe. This will include sourcing new/potential clients.
• Responsible for all recruitment activities; carrying out search and selection of personnel to meet requirements, arrange interviews, completion of appropriate paperwork, tracking candidate and vacancy requirement progress.
• Primary contact for specified Client & In-house recruitment activities.
• Liaison with Clients and BizTeks Senior Management Team.
• Rate negotiation with candidates and clients.
• Interface with candidates/clients off site, as required.
• Responsible for the update of information on the recruitment database.

What are we looking for in you as a Recruitment Consultant?

• Proven Recruitment experience, with any IT or ideally worked in Java recruitment would be very beneficial
• Experience of both Client Management and Business Development
• Strong depth of character with a sales personality
• Excellent written & verbal English
• Solid academics with A Levels or a Degree
• Driven!
