Sales Executive / Training Advisor / Account Manager / Business Development / Customer Service / Sales / OTE £50k

Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales is needed for our client, the UK's largest HGV training and recruitment provider based in Fleet. This role is the main driving force for the success of the company, and as such, demands the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. As a Training Advisor (Sales) you must demonstrate a hunger for success, you will display excellent customer service skills, be motivated to achieve your targets whilst ensuring quality of service is not comprised, with a drive, energy and commitment to seek every possible sales opportunity.

Job Description:

  • As a minimum to achieve sales targets and to maximise the number of sales possible, utilising your performance against sales targets given to you by your Manager to analyse ongoing progress
  • Ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty, utilising the CRM, Managerial Feedback, customer retention and sales figures to identify any areas for improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with company established sales process at all times
  • Using personal results and sales figures to identify any areas for improvement in performance
  • Ensuring customer awareness of options, the recruitment product & add-on courses
  • Ensuring the highest integrity and professionalism in all aspects of advising on and selling training products relating to the Company's business

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Sales vs. targets - revenue and add-ons
  • Customer satisfaction, CRM accuracy, departmental complaints log
  • Conversion, completion of callbacks
  • Maintaining an acceptable presence on the phone each day as outlined by your Manager

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales
  • Resilience and strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers - strong customer service skills and the ability to consolidate the sale
  • Commitment to hitting targets with an aptitude for figures and understanding of customers' personal finance issues
  • Commitment to constantly improving and maintaining a high level of industry knowledge
  • Team player & a confident individual who is comfortable communicating to a diverse customer base
  • Time management
  • Leads management - planning and organising your own daily sales activity, such as telephoning sales prospects (existing customer or general enquiries) to secure new business
  • Good eye for detail with the ability to complete post-sale paperwork and procedures accurately and efficiently
  • Motivated, driven and money hungry
