To strengthen our department in line with future strategy we have launched an Employee Benefits specific graduate scheme at Jelf. Here you will be trained, coached and developed to become a Sales Consultant and will learn everything about how to promote our proposition.

The Role
Following successful completion of the training programme you will be responsible for building a client portfolio. You will be targeted on securing new clients and developing existing relationships
You will be building relationships with a number of key stakeholders both internal and external, developing and creating sales opportunities and delivering high levels of customer service to our clients.
Key Skills and Experience required
You will be a graduate with strong communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
Articulate and ambitious you will be target driven and looking for an opportunity to build a career in advice and sales
Strong analytical and numeracy skills are also needed and you will have a flexible proactive approach as travel will be required
