Full-time permanent Bookings Coordinator with excellent customer service is required by our client, a leading plumbing, heating and reactive maintenance services provider across London. This role would suit someone that can use their initiative, work as an individual as well as a team. They require someone who is driven, dedicated and with an excellent work ethic who wants to enhance their career and grow within the business.
Full training will be provided but some experience would be preferable.
Monday-Friday general office working hours. Overtime may be required.
The role involves (but not limited to):
- Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Corresponding to clients via email
- Allocating jobs to engineers
- Liaising with engineers
- Sending booking confirmation emails to clients
- Booking jobs into specialised CRM system
- Sending out service reminders to clients
- Complaint handling
- Data input
- Job/Quote follow-up
- Sourcing parts
- Creating and emailing estimates to clients
- Obtaining customer feedback and publishing reviews
Skills Required:
- Some experience (desirable) but full training provided
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Knowledge of London postcodes
- Fluent in written and spoken English essential
- Word, outlook and excel experience
- Problem solver
Salary: £17,000 - £22,000 per annum + bonus (salary dependent on experience and negotiable)
