Negotiator
Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: Competitive Salary - to be agreed depending on experience
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri) and 10am to 2pm (Every other Saturday)
Housingrecruit.com is currently advertising for a Negotiator on behalf of their client, a busy property management office based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
They are looking to expand our team! Enthusiastic and reliable person required with fantastic communication and people skills.
The role involves learning all aspects of lettings to assist the existing team, meeting and greeting clients, matching prospective buyers/tenants to available properties, attending viewings, client updates, booking appointments, lead generation, diary management, canvassing and general administration duties.
This Negotiator role will suit someone who is motivated, passionate about the property industry and looking for long-term career development.
Experience in the property sector is not essential. General sales experience and knowledge of the local area is preferred but not essential.
