Reception/Support Administrator - Luton - 3 month contract - Full time - GBP7.50ph
Shift work within the hours of 8am- 8pm (most days 8:30-5:30pm).

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident office professional to join this lively team. You will provide fantastic customer service to all colleagues, visitors and guests entering the building as well as supporting a busy office with general office duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Answering the main switchboard in a professional and courteous manner. Forwarding voicemail messages to the relevant person/team.
* Prepare welcome packs for new comers into the building
* Issue visitors passes
* Welcome visitors & guests, signing them in and contacting who they are visiting
* Maintain cleanliness and operation of Reception area
* Check the generic mailbox daily
* Cover lunch breaks
* Any other ad-hoc duties
What you'll need
* Ability to multi task, and prioritise dealing with ad-hoc duties as they arise
* Great planning & organising skills, with an eye for detail
* Able to deliver work on time & to a high standard
* The ability to maintain composure when under pressure
* Punctual & flexible
* Fantastic communication and relationship building skills
* Self-motivated, with the ability to use own initiative and work autonomously
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
