We are an Art and Craft wholesaler based in Salford, looking for a Telesales administrator, to serve as a point of contact for customer queries regarding, Products, Orders, Deliveries, and provide support.
Responsibilities:
- Include, Process orders via e-mail phone and fax
- Check Date accuracy on orders and Invoices, Maintain and update sales and customers records. Contact customers to advise of promotions, General office duties
Requirements:
- An organised approach and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Computer literacy and good keyboard skills
Position Details:
Full time contract after probation period.
Hours of Work:
- 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 4:30pm Friday
- Salary negotiable, plus commission
