We are seeking to recruit a full-time NVQ Assessor - primarily to assess individuals performing manufacturing operations (PMO) and Business Improvement Techniques (BIT). The post primarily involves the delivery and assessment of competence in the workplace and one-to-one support. The learners will be based at employer sites across our region, primarily in North and North East Lincolnshire.
Candidates should have recent and relevant experience of employment within the manufacturing industry. Candidates should be a qualified assessor and a level 3 qualification in a relevant subject. Experience of internal quality assurance and an associated qualification would be an advantage.
This is an interesting role requiring excellent communication skills, flexibility, sound organisation skills, team working and the ability to be self-directing with a high level of accountability. A strong employer - customer - focus is critical with the ability to manage the employer, learner and College relationship effectively.
