My client are a well known and growing recycling and waste management company who have a current vacancy within their Operations and Finance department for a support administrator.

Although this is a finance based function no formal Finance related qualification are a prerequisite to apply, although they would add value to an application.

Working with a small team you will deal with all incoming billable information which would then be documented and a submitted to the appropriate department both internally and externally.

This is a fast paced role which requires a high attention to detail.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential

You will work with key business information such as; asset & stock audits, updating employee training records, new supplier information, customer queries, invoices, credit notes, delivery notes, supplier accounts, time sheet records, PPE records, employment checks, annual leave requests, HSEQ records and health checks amongst other.

You will also be tasked with key reporting data capture on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for the site so the ability to work to tight deadlines will be an area that we would like you to be able to demonstrate as part of your application.

This is an immediate opportunity but a candidate with a notice period would not be overlooked. The interview process will be one stage so a quick start is possible for the right candidate
