This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team of staff and volunteers committed to making a difference and delivering excellent customer service. Based in our flagship Coffee House in central Bath, this role will give you the chance to use your initiative and creativity to provide a memorable experience for customers. In this role, you also be able to influence the day-to-day business.

As the Coffee Shop Manager, you will lead by example, setting high standards and maximising the performance of your team. You will also have the skills and commitment needed to enhance sales and develop promotions.

Excellent customer service is at the heart of our coffee shop, we want our customers to enjoy their experience, we want out staff to be motivated, and we want our volunteers to be proud.

As our Coffee Shop raises funds for our Hospice Care, it is vital that it is performing at its best. We are looking for a dedicated individual with the passion and energy necessary to maintain these high standards.

Salary: GBP18,117 - GBP21,454 pro rata, per annum

Hours: 40 Hours per week

Contract: Temporary (6 months)

Essential Requirements:

Good standard of general education including Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
Retail experience
Managerial - leadership, decision-making
