We now require an efficient, self-motivated Global Contract Billing Analyst with Language speaking skills, specifically Italian, to administer and bill all of the Global contracts across EMEA for all Direct and Indirect countries in line with the overall Global agreements to ensure billed accurately, consistently and efficiently whilst maintaining good relations with both and internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities include ensuring that the billing process adheres to company procedures and customer requirements and maintaining/updating contracts as and when appropriate. Successful candidate must coordinate with the Ricoh Shared Service Centre and other Operating Companies to ensure invoicing is produced accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with company policy. You will drive to minimise bespoke billing and adhere to standard customer process.

Communication is key, you must be an effective and confident communicator both written and verbal in any of the languages detailed above, as Ideal candidate will handle all customer enquiries/complaints promptly and efficiently to satisfy customer requirements. Your assistance in relevant projects as and when required along with supporting the team leader to ensure departmental targets and objectives are met, are key parts of this role.

This role sits in a high volume, often pressured, fast paced customer focused environment where attention to detail is key, excellent customer service is critical and good prioritisation and organisational skills are essential. Ideal candidate must also be highly numerate and literate with excellent PC skills. Proven experience in an administration role is essential.
