Residential Conveyancer (Westbury Hill)

My client is in need of a residential conveyancer to be based in their Westbury Hill office in Bristol. The firm has an open minded working environment and believe strongly in equal opportunities.

The successful candidate will be leading a team of 3 paralegals and should be experienced in handling their own caseload. As well as carrying out the full end to end conveyancing process you will also be giving advice on re-mortgaging, buy-to-let purchases, leaseholds, transfer of ownership, plots and new builds, 'help to buy' and shared home ownerships.

This is an opportunity to work with an extremely efficient and experienced conveyancing team who pride themselves on their professionalism and commitment to their clients.
