We have an immediate vacancy for a Sales Manager based in our busy and expanding sales office at our site in Manby, Lincolnshire.Job Title - Sales ManagerLocation - Manby, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 8UTHours - Mon-Thurs 8.00 - 5.00pm, Fri 8.00 - 3.00pmSalary - Up to GBP35,000 (exp. based) plus attractive OTE potentialKey responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
* Coaching, inspiring and motivating a sales team* Ensuring the team meets the sales targets* Sales training, development, and performance management* Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth* Regular reporting of KPI's to directors * Keeping to targets and managing KPI's* Good data analytical skills, and use them to improve team performance* Staff recruitment to expand the team* Ability to train the sales team on new products and sales techniques (training will be provided)You are the right candidate for this Sales Manager role if you have:
