Duty Manager (Customer Service Team Manager) - Oxford Services
UP to GBP25,000 per annum plus excellent benefits including meal allowance and free parking
We have a fabulous opportunity for a passionate full time Customer Service Team Manager to assist in leading the Customer Service Team at M40 Motorway, Junction 8a, Thame Road, Waterstock, Oxon.
Working closely with the Customers Services Manager, the main purpose of the role is to optimise business performance through the effective management of the day to day Welcome Break Brand.
This is achieved by leading, developing and inspiring both our Customer Service Team and our Cleaning Team and Maintenance Hosts to drive a customer centric approach, helping the Site to achieve profitable sales growth and repeat customer business, ultimately creating loyalty to Brand Welcome Break.
You will need to consistently communicate to the team every shift using shift briefs and manage by example, giving feedback to the team, spotting potential issues and being aware of the Site as a whole. We will drive profit performance through strong leadership and by sharing best practice and contributing to the Unit Management team and the Site as a whole.
The successful applicant will have strong leadership and management skills, be fanatical about customer service, be able to communicate to a wide range of people including customers, Welcome Break teams and external suppliers.
Ideal applicants will be able to demonstrate initiative when problem solving and have confidence in your own decision making skills. You must have a sound Knowledge of both food, health & safety and safe work practices, be proactive in your approach and have the ability to inspire your team to always provide exceptional service at all times, making Welcome Break customers feel human again.
