Sales Manager

B&T Associates Ltd t/a Lumineux are a leading distributor of LED lighting to the commercial and
industrial sectors nationally via all leading electrical wholesalers. We have an immediate vacancy
for a Sales Manager based in our busy and expanding sales office at our site in Manby, Lincolnshire.

Job Title - Sales Manager

Location - Manby, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 8UT

Hours - Mon-Thurs 8.00 - 5.00pm, Fri 8.00 - 3.00pm

Salary - Up to GBP35,000 (exp. based) plus attractive OTE potential

Key responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
* Coaching, inspiring and motivating a sales team
* Ensuring the team meets the sales targets
* Sales training, development, and performance management
* Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth
* Regular reporting of KPI's to directors
* Keeping to targets and managing KPI's
* Good data analytical skills, and use them to improve team performance
* Staff recruitment to expand the team
* Ability to train the sales team on new products and sales techniques (training will be provided)

You are the right candidate for this Sales Manager role if you have:
* Telesales experience preferable but not essential
* Account management skills
* Experience managing a team
* Able to implement daily structure for the team
* MS Office, especially Word and Excel
* Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time
