Technical Manager
A market leading designer and manufacturer of fabricated and precision engineered products are looking for a Technical Manager to join the leadership team. Set in the heart of Oxfordshire, this company who deliver products from concept through to delivery are looking for a Technical Manager to lead the FastMake side of the business.
As a Technical Manager you will be responsible for the overall design, development, testing, quality, manufacture and eventual sign off of all the products coming into the FastMake side of the business. FastMake orders tend to be turned around in 16/20 weeks. You will maintain a flexible approach to their motor sport customers and other customers whilst adhering to to ISO9001 procedures.
As a Technical Manager you will have 4 direct reports and take full ownership if the product life cycle on site. You will be the key technical contact for projects and delegating engineering works accordingly. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded leader who is keen to step up and take the lead for an innovative engineering company.
As a Technical Manager you will come from a technical project management or coordination background and have a proven ability working in an engineering leadership role. You will be punctual and have the flexibility to go above and beyond to meet customer requirements.
