Administrator

Salary: GBP17,000 per annum plus bonus of up to GBP350 per month

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 6pm, Sunday 10am - 5pm rota basis

Location: Cardiff

Job Summary:

Proactively promote MotoNovo Finance products and services, manage all incoming calls and related administration tasks in a professional manner. Liaise with all necessary departments to provide assistance to dealers, brokers and account managers in order to deliver a reliable and efficient service.

Ensure dealer and broker applications for business facilities are processed, reviewed, vetted and set up in accordance with Company Policy.

1.Maintain all systems-based records in an accurate and timely manner, e.g. undertake the administration of dealer incentive schemes duties, predominantly Dealer Hub and MotorV8, issuing documentation and the setting up and maintenance of records

2.Maintain all dealer records in an accurate and timely manner ensuring data integrity is maintained at all times

3.Undertake the administration and payment of dealer incentives, e.g. commissions, revenue share and distribution support.

4.Provide excellent customer service to dealers and brokers

5.Assist with queries from Account Managers in relation to products, systems, quotes and dealer set-up's

6.Undertake the setting up and on-going maintenance of new and existing dealers including business and director/proprietor searches, reporting exceptional matters to line management.

7.Working the CDC queues to avoid potential dual interest/discrepancies/levy charges appropriately

8.Conduct formal reviews of dealer FCA Licenses, ensuring all dealers are compliant and correctly licensed, reporting all anomalies.

Selection Criteria

Essential

Education/Training

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

Experience

  • Experience in a customer service/support role in financial services environment

Skills/Knowledge

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident communicator
  • Able to demonstrate sound numerical skills and literacy
  • Determined individual with a desire to succeed

  • Able to remain calm under pressure and deliver results

Desirable

  • Previous motor finance industry experience
  • Knowledge of Consumer Credit Act and FSA
