Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Strategy & Planning Manager to join our team in London. The successful applicant will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum plus benefits.

Peabody and Family Mosaic have merged, creating a new housing association providing 55,000 homes to 111,000 people across London and the South East. Our combined scale and strong focus on London will uniquely position us to revolutionise housing delivery and redefine best practice – and you will be central to making it happen.

Our principles are simple: we believe in helping people and communities to grow, in estates that are springboards – not safety nets. With operations in nearly every London borough and one of the sector’s largest community regeneration programmes, we’re always keen to meet talented people who support our ambitions.

The successful Strategy & Planning Manager will manage the business planning process, working closely with business areas to help them develop plans and with other corporate functions such as Finance and IT to ensure plans and budgets are in line with our inaugural business plan. The post will have oversight of Peabody’s corporate strategies, including monitoring delivery. The post will also be the key point of contact with Peabody’s Integration Directorate.

You will have strong inter-personal skills and a proven track record of engaging with business areas and senior stakeholders. An excellent understanding of, and commitment to, strategy development and business planning is a must. You will have excellent organisational skills and the proven ability to work independently and proactively.
