The Role
. Leading/managing a varied team of junior and senior recruiters to become top billers!
. Phone based business development calls to develop existing and new client acquisition
. Pro-active candidate headhunting via Linked In, Advertising, CRM Database resourcing
. Selling and negotiating throughout the recruitment process to match-make both parties
* Full management/negotiation of the 360 recruitment process from resourcing to close

What we require
. 3-5+ years Recruitment Sales experience (any market) with a successful billing record
. 1 year + mentoring of multiple recruitment sales staff monitoring KPI's/performance
. Highly motivated by financial earning ptoential, career development, success and
. Positive and flexible personality able to engage with entry-level up to executives at FRG
. Complete professional fluency in written and spoken French language plus English.

Recent experience of mentoring or leading a team of any size is preferred however this opportunity is also ideal for an established and ambitious Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant familair with junior staffreporting into them.
