IPS Group are pleased to have been engaged as the exclusive recruitment partner to Nash Warren Insurance Services Ltd, a Halesowen based commercial insurance brokerage.
They are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their Motor Trade Road Risk team.
Within this key role as Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for handling customer queries, compiling, processing and administering insurance services. Supporting the Account Handler and Account Executive with a business focus on providing the best and highest standards of service this role will suit a candidate who is focused and keen with a good work ethic.
You will also need to possess an excellent telephone etiquette, be organised, able to prioritise work accurately allowing you to deliver both quality and quantity.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background within Customer Service or maybe you work within an insurer or broker and seek a Customer Service role. Experience in Motor Trade, Private Motor or Bike would be advantageous but this is not essential.
This is a great opportunity to play a key part in a broker with national presence.
