Servest UK are seeking an exceptional, highly polished corporate receptionist to deliver an outstanding corporate front of house presence at a high-profile government site in Hanslope park, Milton Keynes.

Responsible for welcoming and recording all visitors and guests at the site in a highly professional and efficient manner, you will ensure that all visitors are greeted within agreed timelines and experience an outstanding welcome to the site. You will issue staff and visitor passes, will receive and processes all incoming mail items in-line with strict security protocols and will take internal staff telephone calls.
The nature of the site calls for front of house specialists who operate at the highest levels of professionalism, integrity and propriety.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- You will be passionate about delivering the highest quality of service in a professional and timely and courteous manner
- An experienced front-of-house professional, you will ensure a consistently excellent welcome for all staff, visitors and guests to the site
- Immaculately presented, confident and an articulate communicator, with high standards of written and oral English
- You will be practiced at engaging with stakeholders and customers at all levels, building rapport and delivering exceptional customer service
- You will be IT literate with MS office packages
The front-of-house reception team deliver outstanding service to our client, their staff and visitors throughout the week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 07:30-17:30. We are looking to recruit a part-time member to our reception team to work a shift pattern of Monday to Friday, 13:00-17:30. Flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the business and there may be very rare requirements for weekend working.
