Hygiene Manager – Nights, Noble Foods - Poultry Division

The Poultry Division is the largest end-of-lay Hen processing operator in the UK, processing to meet the very highest welfare standards required by our customers and the RSPCA. The site is Freedom Foods approved and BRC AA grade.
Now, we’re looking for a Hygiene Manager to join our team in Gainsborough, working nights.

The Role:
As the Hygiene Manager, you will drive hygiene awareness and standards on-site and will ensure the Hygiene Team operate in a safe and effective manner.
In this key role, you will:
- Ensure that production areas are cleaned to a high standard in preparation for start-up each day
- Deliver the hygiene management system
- Work closely with the Engineering Team Leader
- Ensure that cleaning tasks are completed before engineering work starts
About You:
To be considered, you will need:
- Experience within the food industry as a hygiene lead and/or manager
- A good understanding of food processing operations
- Knowledge of HACCP, BRC and food safety requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent)
We’re eager to hear from candidates with experience as a Hygiene Manager, Hygiene Team Leader, Food Hygiene Manager, Production Hygiene Manager, Industrial Cleaning Supervisor or Senior Cleaning Operative.
This is a full time role, working 18:00pm – 2:30am, Monday – Friday, but flexible to meet operational requirements.
