PCS is in the process of merging its Legal and Personal Case Unit and Membership department, to form a Members Support Centre based over two sites; London and Birmingham. The Centre will be the main point of contact for PCS members and representatives seeking advice and guidance. PCS is now looking to recruit effective and enthusiastic people with experience of working in a busy administrative function in the Members Support Centre based in Birmingham.

You will be experienced in the use of databases to create, amend and manipulate data, deal with subscriptions and general enquiries. You will ensure an excellent standard of member/customer focused approach is maintained.

Applicants for this post will have the ability to work independently, use their initiative, have excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of, and commitment to, trade unions. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, as is a good standard of IT skills and accuracy.
