Client Service Advisors
Wellington
Starting Salary: GBP19,500 per annum
Our client, an innovative, rapidly growing Technical Consultancy firm based in Wellington, are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to add to their friendly team.
The desirable candidate will have previous experience in Customer or Client Account Management, and / or someone with experience in providing customer service over the phone in a busy office environment.
Main duties:
* Dealing with queries and issues from key clients over the phone and resolving them accordingly
* Understanding company software and promoting its uses to clients
* Building and maintaining effective customer relationships with an allocated client base
* Ensuring Client Databases are accurate and up to date at all times
* Other general administrative and ad hoc tasks in order to support the business
Please note that this is not a Sales position, you will only be required to provide excellent customer service to the company's existing clients!
Requirements:
* Previous B2B customer service experience - Essential
* Happy working in an office environment - Essential
* Strong IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Packages - Essential
* Excellent organisation and prioritising skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced, pressurised environment - Essential
* Passionate about providing the best customer experience - Essential
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs A - C grades including Maths and English - Essential
