This award winning company is looking for an experienced, motivated Marketing Manager to join their fun, hard-working and growing team.

The product is an email marketing automation platform with integration with ecommerce and CRM. Customers include large brands, public sector and PLCs.

This role involves managing, implementing and analysing all of the marketing operations and strategies for the business to make sure sales revenue is generated according to sales targets and brand awareness constantly evolved. The role allows for significant budget and directional freedom in a high intensity, high growth SAAS business with rapid expansion plans.

This role will be responsible for all marketing online and offline with a focus of creating and implementing successful lead generation / acquisition campaigns through content, social and organic search on a global level.

Requirements

- A proven track record in running successful online acquisition campaigns for a fast-growing business or within an agency. Previous B2B and SaaS marketing experience is a required.
- Hands-on experience in Paid Search, Facebook Power Editor and other major digital marketing platforms. We expect you to hit the ground running.
- Technically proficient with configuring analytics tools and building reports.
- Analytical mindset. You like to test the options and let the numbers guide your decisions.
- Results-driven. Enough said.
- Good at building constructive relationships with colleagues, partners, media owners and agencies.
- Develop inbound marketing from scratch with a strong focus on acquisition and lead nurturing campaigns
- Writing content across webinars, blogs, case studies, websites and social channels
- Creating an effective digital content strategy to reach out to our audience and create engagement and excitement around the brand.
- Testing and scaling paid media channels, including (but not limited to) PPC, retargeting, social ads, paid listings and referral programs. You'll have a lot of freedom to execute your own ideas
- Implementing campaign tracking prior to every campaign launch and tracking relevant KPI's.
- Constant data analysis to identify areas for improvement and improving our analytics stack, where necessary.
- Working with our content marketers to optimize distribution of our content and helping to measure ROI.

What you will bring:

- A strong, proven track record of successfully planning and executing lead generation and acquisition campaigns; increasing revenue through commercially tracked, marketing campaigns in a SAAS environment.
- Strong content and digital marketing experience
- Experience working in the B2B sector a must, preferably tech.
- Real passion for the start-up space with a can-do attitude to get things done
- Experience managing key stakeholders and educating them around best practices for marketing
- Budget management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent organisational skills
