Due to the on going development of our personalised support services we currently have a number of job opportunities. We are recruiting contracted relief support workers.

We are keen to recruit people who are enthusiastic and energetic, we are keen to recruit people who are enthusiastic, energetic and willing to learn and share new experiences with supported people. We are looking for people to join our established teams providing individualised support to adults with a range of disabilities and support needs. Successful candidates will enjoy working with people and have a positive attitude and commitment towards making a difference to the lives of the people we support.

Duties will include providing direct physical support, emotional support, advice and encouragement in all areas of everyday living from help with maintaining their home, accessing their local communities to leading a full and active life. A commitment to a person centred approach is essential and experience of working with adults with learning disabilities is desirable.

Applicants must be prepared and able to work flexibly as part of the team to meer the needs of the people we support.

Support is delivered in a varied and flexible pattern around the needs of the people we support; applicants would need to be available to work at various times including day, evenings, weekends, waken nights when required and sleepovers for which an additional payment is made.
