The purpose of The Permanent Recruitment Consultant is to develop new business opportunities in Nottingham and surrounding areas through business development and networking.
The Job
• Manage Permanent job opportunities on behalf of clients
• Advertising and responding to enquires
• Interview candidates ensuring compliance is adhered to
• Search, selection, candidate attraction
• Visiting clients to understand there staffing requirements
• Identify and qualifying potential business
• New business development over the phone
• Provide excellent service to all clients
• Manager your own desk from start to finish
We are looking for
• Excellent all round communication at all levels
• Enthusiasm, drive and motivation
• Work in a fast paced sales / customer service environment
• Recruitment experience an advantage but not essential
• Excellent rapport building skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional and consultative services
• Clean driving license
• Results driven with a positive and engaging attitude
• Highly organised and able to multi task
• Resilient and able to deal with the demands of the job
• Confident and outgoing personality
The Package
• GBP18,000 - GBP30,000 + Commensurate to skills and experience
• An excellent UNCAPPED / No threshold bonus scheme, thought to be the best schemes in the market place
