Are you a Senior Business Analyst with proven management experience? A new role has arisen at a leading UK training company for a senior Analyst to lead the Analysis & Testing team across the entire project portfolio. In addition to solid hands-on BA skills acquired in an Agile (SCRUM) environment, you will also need excellent line management and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities whilst providing leadership, support and guidance to your team.

Requirements
The role responsibilities are likely to be split roughly 50:50 between team management (6 staff) and delivering analysis capabilities to your own project portfolio.

Team Management
It is essential that you have experience of:
- Leading a team of analysts working across a portfolio of Agile projects (circa 20 concurrent projects of varying sizes & complexity)
- Staff management, including performance management and mentoring junior analysts
- Task management to ensure the team delivers to project priorities and quality standards
Business Analysis
You will need the following skills and experience:
- Delivering high quality analysis products in an Agile (SCRUM) environment
- A strong business benefits focus and exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Experience of working with offshore development teams
- Particular interest in change management and the ability to become IT's Change Management SME
- Ability to identify opportunities and gain buy-in from stakeholders (within IT as well as the wider business)

Benefits
A competitive salary is offered between GBP55k-GBP59k plus a full and flexible benefits package including 25 days' holiday, pension, healthcare, life insurance etc. The client also offers flexible working hours and the option to work at home up to 2 days per week. Out of hours work is only occasionally required and the role will involve only occasional travel. The post is a permanent and full time position based in Central/North London N7.
