Finance Manager - Financial Accounting

Hours: On average 36.5 hours per week subject to a 26 week probationary period. Some weekend and evening working may be required from time to time.

Salary: £30,953 to £35,858 per annum

Benefits: 22 days holiday and no less than 15 days for Christmas, New Year, Easter, May-Day, Spring and late Bank holidays Pension Scheme

What is the job?
This role will be a key addition to the management team with a focus on delivering the highest level of customer service. Duties will include preparation of accurate and timely management and statutory accounts, provision of a business partnering role and day-to-day running of the finance function. Daily management of the Finance Team (except Payroll).

Who are you?
Someone who has a high level of IT skills and advanced excel skills. Able to communicate financial information to non-finance colleagues effectively. The ability to motivate and lead a team and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also important.

AAT or similar qualification is essential and a CCAB qualification or part qualification is highly desirable.
