Building Surveyor - Residential Sector: West Yorkshire
Up to GBP30,000 + Benefits Package + APC Support to completion
Due to an increase in workload and new projects yet obtained, our client, a leading and well-respected Design, Property and Planning consultancy, is seeking a well-rounded Building Surveyor to join their team at their office in West Yorkshire.
This is a great opportunity to be a part of a team that is dynamic, forward thinking, and always growing, adapting around market changes within the industry, with itsmain focus within the Residential and Commercial sectors. With an extensie portfolio of clients across both the Public and Private sectors, our client have a vast involvement in a variety of sector types.
With projects across the Residential New Builds, Social Housing, Commercial and Office space sectors, our client is seeking a Building Surveyor that can or has involvement in the following areas:
* Contracts administration
* Specifications, measurements and technical drawings
* JCT contract preparation
* Party Wall / Dilapidations
* Maintain and build client relationships
You will be utilising your skills as a Building Surveyor to drive projects from its design stage to its eventuality into completion stage.
To beconsidered for this Building Surveying opportunity, we are looking for:
* MRICS status OR working towards professional membership
* Relevant consultancy based Building Surveying experience
* Housing / Residential New Builds / Commercial level involvement
* Excellent communication skills
* Keen eye for detail
On offer for your expertise, is a negotiable salary depending on your experience in the field of Building Surveyor. Our client is also offering a generous benefits package including performance related bonus schemes and further carerr development opportunities and access to additional APC support!
