Sales Administrator - Aylesbury - Immediate Start

Our client, one of the UK's leading water management companies, has an exiting opportunity for an experienced and skilled Administrator to contribute positively towards their vibrant team.

Working within a highly skilled on-site support team, you will ensure complete on-site operational support

* Monday - Friday
* 35 hours per week
* Salary GBP8.00 - GBP8.50 per hour + Holiday Pay
* Weekly Pay
* Immediate start

Job Purpose:

* To support three field-based Family Liaison Managers (FLMs) in a variety of administrative tasks so that they are able to place greater focus on developing and delivering sales through more efficient contact with families and stronger, broader personal relationships with referral sources.
* To support the Business Development Team generally in a range of ad hoc projects e.g. desk research and general admin tasks as directed by the Business Development Executive (BDE) that supports the running of the department.

Your duties will include:

* Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring to the apporpriate person
* Booking meetings & consultations
* Checking daily email inbox
* Data entry
* Talking to customers via telephone, email

Experience Required:

* Previous administration experience in a sales environment
* Friendly, confident, excellent customer service skills
* Good, clear written skills
* Competent IT skills
