Inside Sales Manager - Dyson Professional
Malmesbury, Wiltshire
Function Overview
The Inside Sales team are responsible for helping map out and identify opportunties for the Business Development team in the field. The team itself has already grown quickly, more than tripling in the last 12 months in size, and is made up of an engaged and performing base of talent. This is a senior position reporting into the Dyson Professional Director, sitting on the Senior Leadership Team of the Dyson Professional GBIN function.
Accountabilities
Working within the Northern Europe Dyson B2B team - the team responsible for all Dyson's business to business product sales - this is an ideal role for someone with a proven track record in developing teams in telesales/internal/inside sales and has training experience. The individual will have responsibility for the achievement of sales targets through converting direct sales, generating qualified leads and meetings for our sales team through targeted outbound calling, and by converting inbound enquiries. This is a working Team Manager role with responsibility for achieving individual and team targets. This position will also have training and coaching responsibility for the Internal Sales Executive and the wider Dyson B2B team.
