We are currently seeking a Development Manager to run Free Word's fundraising function.
Free Word explores the power and politics of words. We bring together a rich variety of the most exciting writers and thinkers - the new and the established. We spark critical conversations about society, culture and politics, and we amplify voices that often go unheard.
The role will be responsible for Free Word's supporter and funder relationships, and for raising funds from sources including Trusts and Foundations, Individuals and Corporates.
You will work closely with the Director, Trustees, and senior team, inputting into every aspect of Free Word's work and ensuring development is embedded across our activities.
If you're creative, analytical, with a knowledge of Trusts and Foundations and a flair for cultivating and maintaining relationships, we would love to hear from you.
NORMAL HOURS: 0.6 - 0.8 of full time: 3 - 4 days p/w net
