Call Centre Sales Trainer Newcastle Upon Tyne Salary GBP25k + Benefits Our client is a leading call centre in the North East who seek an experienced trainer to help deliver client focused training to new hires. You will be responsible for all training requirements to deliver best in class service and delivery. You will run the day to day functional direction of trainees within the program training classroom environment, including student progress monitoring for the duration of training, providing coaching and development feedback and readiness recommendations. You will be accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics and be responsible for ensuing excellent training programmes throughout the call centre. You will ensure effective, consistent communication with managers, peers and other resourcing groups and you will assist training Managers in skills assessments of training staff. Main requirements of a Call Centre Sales Trainer Significant sales training experience within a call centre Proven experience in training methodology and soft skills Proficient in Microsoft office Ability to work with minimal guidance Ability to quickly adapt to change Should you have proven ability within the call centre sales arena I would be keen to hear from you.
