Position: Top 20 Consultancy based in Cambridge seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Role: New Build, Refurb, and FitOut Pre and Post contract
Person: Senior Quantity Surveyor with Consultancy experience circa 10 years or MRICS.
An established MultiDisciplinary Consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to help deliver an expanding workload across the East & East Midlands, working from their Cambridge offices.

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Cambridge
Salary: GBP53,000 GBP58,000 Life Assurance, Pension Scheme, Income protection, Sick Pay, RICS fees paid.
Duties: The Senior Quantity Surveyor will help grow and develop the office whilst still being hands on with day to day Quantity Surveying duties including:

Maintaining and Growing Client Relationships
Requirements: The Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally be MRICS chartered with PQE or will have circa 10 years+ experience.
Recent experience in a PQS/Consultancy.
