An independent multiprofessional Consultancy are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor to head up their Building Surveying team.
This practice offers an extremely varied portfolio of work including properties diversified across sectors such as Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Education.
Located within closeproximity of Holborn tube station, the ideal Chartered Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor will have a minimum of 3 years Private Practice experience and be MRICS accredited.

An established Property and Construction Consultancy with offices nationwide. This practice offers an extremely broad spectrum of clients ranging in sectors from Education, Retail and Healthcare over Central London and their UK wide offices.

Condition Surveys
Defect Diagnosis
Acquisition Surveys
Employers Agent Matters
Specification Writing
Offering APC Support whilst heading up the Building Surveying team.
The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor
This is a role ideal for a Chartered Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor seeking a tailored pathway to Directorship who may not be getting the support needed in their current role.
3 years Private Practice/ Consultancy Building Surveying experience
MRICS Accredited
MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
Experience in a Private Practice/Consultancy role
Experience in running teams will be preferred
Committed to career progression
Strong communication skills
Be selfmotivated, ambitious and organised
