ERP Support Analyst

INFOR M3 SUPPORT ANALYST - GBP35-47K + Bonus Glasgow Are you currently looking to expand your professional capabilities with Infor M3? This is a great opportunity for M3 specialists of different levels. My client, who is leading global supplier of energy, is actively seeking an Infor M3 specialist to assist the process of their implementation and upgrade. Their intention is to employ a specialist to be part of their growing Infor M3 team, as they plan to expand further with use of Salesforce. As the specialist, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the system, alongside providing support and administration of it. It will be up to you to monitor the systems, investigate anomalies and resolve system alerts within the applications. During the process you will need to support users, both locally and remotely. Essentials: Intermediate experience with Infor M3 Previous work with SQL Willingness to achieve goals Previous experience working in a support environment An analytical, resourceful and self-motivated individual Preferables: Exposure to Salesforce Willingness to learn new systems Degree qualification or equivalent experience The hiring process is active and my client is eager to interview ASAP.
