Are you looking for your break in administration? Our client is offering an apprenticeship for a highly motivated and focused individual, who wishes to gain experience, skills and expertise within an administration and reception function.

What can you expect?

As the new trainee Junior Receptionist/ Administrator you will be offered strong direction and mentoring from a supportive and knowledgeable team. They are committed to developing your potential in this customer facing role, and will encourage you to use your new skills and experience to gain your NVQ in Business Administration.

You will be based in the main reception area, where you will carry out the following tasks;

  • Welcoming and greeting clients , customers and suppliers to the Coventry site
  • Answering all incoming calls and directing appropriately
  • Coordinate diaries and book meeting rooms when required
  • Coordinate and order refreshments for meetings and events
  • Carry out general administration tasks when directed
  • Distribute incoming, and process all outgoing post, alongside intercepting packages and parcels on a daily basis
  • Take responsibility for maintaining stationary and refreshment stock levels across all sites and ordering when required

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week. This will initially be a 12 month fixed term contract for the selected candidate, with the possibility of permanent employment after successful completion of the NVQ in Business Administration.
