The University of Bristol have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader in the busy and vibrant Student Union, Balloon kitchen bar operation. A team leader with enthusiasm, a positive attitude and of course friendly efficient service.
The Team Leader is part of the Residential and Hospitality Services team working in partnership with Bristol Student Union. Supporting the Unit Manager in the operational delivery of a high volume, student Café Bar.
You will be:
• A person with a real passion for fresh food and innovative and exciting drinks
• In this fast paced environment, you will get stuck in and lead and motivate your teams through example
• Work with your team to ensure the delivery a fantastic student customer experience with focus on quality customer service and cleanliness
You will have assistant manager/supervisory and customer service experience in a café bar with both barista and bar service skills. You will need to have excellent presentation and front of house skills, be a people person and a great team player.
The post will operate a five day out of seven working pattern, in line with terms and condition.
