Our client provides state of the art equipment and services to many different industries including medical, aerospace and other specialist manufacturers.
They are currently looking to recruit a 3D CAD Designer to join their busy team, providing design solutions for a wide variety of clients.
The role entails preparing CAD files using specialist software which are then finalised on the prototyping machine.
Setting up of rapid prototyping machine for building CAD models
Providing help and advice to customers via phone and email.
Training customers who visit site on the use of prototyping machines
On occasion, attend trade fairs, representing the business in a professional and competent manner.
The role would suit a graduate in a relevant subject such as product design.
Good understanding of any 3D packages such as Autocad or Solidworks.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to speak with customers via phone and face to face.
