Our client are currently looking to recruit a development manager on a permanent basis to be based out of their Cardiff office but to cover various sites throughout the South West.
The Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Securing Sites and progress to exchange
- Accurate & Commercial heads of terms
- Planning Permissions
- Project Budgets
- Reports and Authorities
The successful candidate will
- Have proven negotiating skills
- A high degree of numeracy and literacy skills
- Have a thorough understanding of both contract law and town and country planning
- Have excellent technical knowledge of land law
