Lettings Property Negotiator - OTE GBP35k - 50k

We are seeking an Estate Agents - Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team!

Based in Victoria, we are perfectly located in the centre of thriving London..

We offer an excellent package with OTE earnings in your first year of GBP35k - GBP45k and second year from GBP50 - 60k

Within this role you will be doing the following:

• You will be dividing your time between the office and being out and about on viewings, which means that no two days are ever the same.
• You will be building relationships with buyers and tenants to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements before whisking them off to view some of the properties our client has on their register.
• Once a sale/let has been agreed, you will be overseeing the entire process as swiftly as possible. This includes dealing with solicitors, the signing of contracts and the most rewarding part of the job - handing over the keys!

Salary

Salary: Excellent basic with expected OTE GBP35k - 60k

REQUIREMENTS

We would be interested in speaking with a Negotiator who holds at least 1 year of experience, and is keen to earn more. You will come from a Lettings desk, ideally with experience in both Property Management and Sales.
